Buggez Bugeyes Rewards Program Terms and Conditions (Rewards Terms)

These Rewards Terms are effective as of July 2022 and may be added to or amended from time to time at our discretion.

The Buggez Points Rewards Program is only open to customers of www.buggez.com.au with a registered account who are 18 years of age or older at the time of registration.

Membership for Buggez Points Rewards Program and its benefits are offered at the absolute discretion of Buggez Bugeyes. Buggez Bugeyes may, at any time terminate, change, limit, modify or cancel Buggez Points Rewards or any rules, regulations, benefits or conditions of participation by posting the modified rules on this page. Your continued participation in the Buggez Rewards Program after such posting will constitute your acceptance of the Rewards Terms as amended. By enrolling in the Buggez Points Reward Program, you hereby agree to these Rewards Terms and warrant that you meet the entry and eligibility requirements.

WHERE TO ENROL, EARN AND REDEEM PROGRAM REWARDS

Points earned in Buggez Points Reward Program (Buggez Points) may be redeemed only for purchases made via www.buggez.com.au.

You may only enrol in Buggez Points Reward Program through the website at www.buggez.com.au. To enrol, you must provide your full name, email address and mailing address. Individuals only may apply, not corporations or other entities. Your enrolment will be confirmed with a welcome message sent to the email address provided, which may include further enrolment information and requirements. Offers from Buggez Bugeyes through the Buggez Points Reward Program are based on dollars spent on Qualifying Purchases. Additional terms may apply to Buggez Points Reward Offers.

You’ll receive:

One Buggez Point per each dollar spent
Buggez Reward Offers are personal in nature, may have a limited timeframe to used, and cannot be re-used, transferred, refunded or redeemed for cash (except where required by law). Buggez Points will expire 12 months after the last order was placed on the account. Buggez Points are not are not valid for use towards shipping charges nor can they be used in conjunction with any other offer.

Buggez Points cannot be combined with cash or with another Buggez Points Reward Program member’s Points. Buggez Bugeyes reserves the right to limit the quantities of Buggez Points Reward Offers that may be used by a single member in a given time period. Buggez Points Reward Points can only be used by the recipient. If you return a purchase for which you received Buggez Points Rewards Points, then such points will be deducted based on the dollar value of the return. Buggez Bugeyes may correct errors in relation to the issue of Buggez Points or adjust for reversed transactions at any time, even if it would put your membership account into a negative balance.

Buggez Bugeyes may offer limited–time Buggez Points Reward Offers or may make promotional offers selectively available to members, based on purchase activity, geographic location, program participation or other factors in Buggez Bugeyes’ absolute discretion.

From time to time, Buggez Bugeyes may also provide Buggez Points Reward Program members with an opportunity to earn additional Buggez Points or Buggez Points Reward Offers through participation in site activities, features or by uploading user content in social media. In an effort to be transparent with our Buggez Points Reward Program members and the public at large, we remind you that whenever you earn Buggez Points, receive products or other incentives for participation, you must use appropriate words of disclosure, such as “Points Earned”, “Free Sample Received” or similar words to indicate what you received value for from Buggez Bugeyes.

Buggez Bugeyes reserves the right, without limitation, to terminate, change, limit, modify or cancel any of the above means of earning Buggez Points or your membership in the Buggez Points Reward Program, with or without notice.

Unless otherwise stated, members will be able to check their Buggez Points balance by logging on to their account on https://buggez.com.au

PRIVACY

Your privacy is important to us. Enrolment information collected in relation to the Buggez Points Rewards Program is subject to Buggez Bugeyes Privacy Policy at https://buggez.com.au/privacy

ELIGIBILITY

Only one Buggez Points Rewards Program account may be associated with a single email address and each individual may only register a single email address. In the event of a dispute over ownership of Buggez Points Rewards Program membership account, the registration will be declared to have been made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of enrolment. For purposes of these Rewards Terms, the “authorized account holder” is the natural person who is assigned to the submitted email address by an internet provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.

By enrolling in Buggez Points Rewards Program, you agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself and maintain and promptly update the information to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If you provide any data that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or if Buggez Bugeyes, in its sole discretion, suspects that your registration data is untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete or that you are in any way abusing your membership of the Buggez Points Rewards Program, Buggez Bugeyes reserves the right to suspend, terminate or refuse your participation.

COMMUNICATIONS AND REVIEWING YOUR ACCOUNT INFORMATION

As a member, you will periodically receive emails from Buggez Bugeyes and you consent to receive emails from Buggez Bugeyes or emails sent on Buggez Bugeyes behalf. You may opt–out of the marketing emails at any time, but operational emails will still be sent to you as they relate to your membership of the Buggez Points Rewards Program. Examples of these are: the welcome email, a Buggez Points Reward Program confirmation email, or other communications that help us ensure that your account is monitored.

GENERAL PROGRAM CONDITIONS AND EXCLUSIONS

Buggez Points Reward Points are entirely at the discretion of Buggez Bugeyes, have no cash value and have no purpose or use other than in exchange for benefits, products or services offered by Buggez Bugeyes through the Buggez Points Reward Program.

Buggez Points Reward Points are not valid unless earned in strict compliance with the requirements set forth and intended by Buggez Bugeyes, and member shall not attempt to earn points by any means (including without limitation, by using any script, bot, data mine or other automated means) that only simulates applicable requirements. In the case of a dispute regarding the Buggez Points available to any member, Buggez Bugeyes’ decision will be final. Upon termination of membership for any reason, all Buggez Points will be forfeited.

By enrolling in the Buggez Points Rewards Program, you irrevocably agree not to:

(a) take any action; or

(b) upload, post, submit or otherwise distribute or facilitate distribution of any text, communications, software, photographs, videos, sound recordings, data or other information (User Content) using any communications service, discussion forum or other feature available on or through Buggez Bugeyes’ website, in a manner that is unlawful, deceptive, misleading, fraudulent, threatening, abusive, harassing, libellous, defamatory, discriminatory, invasive of another’s privacy, tortious, obscene, profane, infringes on any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, right of publicity, right of privacy, any other right of any party or which otherwise violates the general terms and conditions of use of the website https://buggez.com.au/terms-and-conditions or any other agreement;

Buggez Bugeyes is not responsible for requests, rewards or correspondence lost or delayed in the mail or not received by email.

Buggez Bugeyes is not responsible for problems related to any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized by the member, any human error, any interruption, deletion, omission, defect or failure of any network or electronic transmission for whatever reason.
