As horse owners, we know how frustrating it is trying to find a good fly veil.

One that doesn’t rub, allow flies to crawl in or have to go hunting in the paddock when your horses mate has pulled it off. It was like chasing a unicorn… we decided we had had enough, so in 2012, we created our own.

Today, our Buggez Bugeyes are providing comfort and relief to horses around the world (Yes, we offer international shipping!). Our unique design fits like a second skin, are available in 11 sizes in a wide range of patterns and colours. We pride ourselves on producing a high quality fly mask hand crafted in Western Australia.

Bugeye Information

To provide further relief from insects and comfort to your horse, we spent three years perfecting our pattern for Buglegs (a fly boot alternative). The Buggez Bugeyes team had used traditional fly boots in the past, but felt there had to be a better alternative that did not add heat to our horses legs. Our mission was to protect your horses legs from flies and biting insects with minimal contact and plenty of air flow. We released our Buglegs in September 2019.

We continue to expand our range to provide you and your horse with the best fly and insect protection, with the highest quality materials possible.

With over 30 years pattern design and sewing experience and as horse owners ourselves we know what works. We delight in offering quality fabrics in the most up to date patterns, we keep all patterns to an exclusive amount so you really can stand out in the crowd.
