Custom Items
Please take extra care when ordering a custom item to ensure everything is exactly as it needs to be before confirming your order. We cannot take responsibility for incorrect choices or measurement/sizing errors. Where an item has been custom-made or has additions with custom measurements, refunding or store credit for the item is at the discretion of Buggez Bugeyes.
Exchanges & Refunds
We are happy to exchange your purchase if you wish to exchange your size.
It is your responsibility to return the unwanted product to us in its original as new condition, to be received by us no later than 30 days from date of order.
Refunds will be processed through the payment processor you made payment.
You must supply a reply paid/addressed envelope and enclose a note stating original order details.
Change of Mind
We are happy to offer a store credit or refund your purchase if you change your mind. Please note:
- Postage cost is not refundable
- Return postage/freight is at your cost.
- It is your responsibility to return the unwanted product to us in its original as new condition.
- A $7.50 restocking fee applies for change of mind returns.
- Product must be returned and received by us no later than 30 days from date of order.
- Credit/refund will be processed once unwanted product is received and checked it is in as new condition.
